Recharge Your Energy
Recharging your Energy often requires interrupting what is currently happening. Maybe through trying something new or different, to allow the hectic or frantic energy surrounding you to dissipate. It is often through this interruption that we again gain access to being peaceful, grounded, calm and balanced.
One way is through taking time out, to pause, be quiet, slow down. Think about the calm and ready state you may have experienced after a holiday, weekend away, stay-cation, tech time out, quality time with loved ones.
