In this workshop you will learn how to support your joint health, increase your range of motion and prevent injury using two mobility techniques – CARs and KINSTRETCH.
CARs – Controlled Articular Rotations
Learn the daily routine to improve and/or stabilise your joint capsule health.
Your typical CARs routine focuses on controlling and assessing the entire range of motion of a particular joint. This helps to improve control and supports joint health.
KINSTRETCH is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.
This scientifically researched system promotes movement and training techniques that have been selected based on evidence sourced through scientific investigation, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, specialising in body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity.
You will be led through the KINSTRETCH practice self-assessment system that will enable you to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or putting you at an increased risk of injury.
