Clarity is experienced through our basic senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell) and also through our spiritual connection.Clarity can give the experience of being sure, confident, calm, satisfied. You may feel it in your heart or your gut, a knowing that you are on the ‘right path’.
You may feel clear in your body and mind when getting adequate sleep, nutrition, hydration, exercise as these are great ways to support yourself. Enabling your thoughts to be sharp, focused and to make decisions without doubting yourself.
However, you will not always have 100% clarity, and that’s a good thing! As a lack of clarity is an opportunity to create clarity. As situations which start out muddled, confusing or frustrating can become clear with over time.
Whether things in life start out clear or not, there is an ever present cycle of going between being clear and not. It is this ebb and flow in our lives that allows us to evolve.
